по ночам встаю раз по пять, хотя сына спит. не могу справиться с изжогой, только раствор соды помогает, все таблетки перепробоала, семечки помогали и молоко только вначале беременности

Можно попробовать гречку с молоком: перемолоть крупу или потолочь и выпить с молоком из расчета 1 ч.л. порошка гречичного на 1/4 стакана молока. Кроме изжоги поднимает хорошо гемоглобин.
